No. As all items are transported in refrigerated vans, you have to simply put the finger food in your pre-heated oven (180 degrees) for 10 minutes or until touch hot. For hamburgers, we separate the meats so you can simply add them to the buns once the meats are re-heated.
We recommend 8-11 pieces per adult for a meal in volume. Anything less than 8 would be suitable for pre-dinner canapés etc. Also, keep in mind that your guests may have more than one item of the same thing.

This is depending on your guest numbers & menu, however as a rule of thumb;
1 staff could “heat and serve” up to 30 guests
30-50 guests would require 1 staff to prepare/heat, 1 to circulate & tidy 1-2
50-100 guests would require 1 staff to prepare/heat, 2 to circulate & tidy

All our food is delivered on disposable platters. These platters are quality, high gloss, recyclable and are great as they are when serving your guests.

Because of the size of the company, there is a possibility that we may be able to help you- though all products may not be an option (as we hand make our canapes and require fresh produce). To check what we CAN do, and if we can facilitate your last minute order please call us on 0455 663 899.
For staffed events we prefer 7-10 days at least. For delivery-only orders we can facilitate as late as 3 business days’ notice. We “cut off” orders for the weekend, on a Wednesday afternoon at 4:00pm as a standard process.
